About This Activity
Description
Beginner-only class that is perfect for students with no prior experience and white belts with up to 6 months of training. Learn the fundamentals of karate, including Kihon (basic techniques like punches, kicks, and blocks), Kata (structured forms), and Kumite (controlled sparring). Build confidence, coordination, and discipline in a supportive, high-energy environment. A uniform is required and can be purchased from the instructor.
Uniforms may be purchased from the instructor.
