About This Activity
Description
This beginner-level class is for students of all ages with little or no prior martial arts experience. It is intended for first-time students and white belts who have been training for six months or less.
Learn the fundamentals of karate, including Kihon (basic techniques like punches, kicks, and blocks), Kata (structured forms), and Kumite (controlled sparring). Build confidence, coordination, and discipline in a supportive, high-energy environment. A uniform is required and can be purchased from the instructor.
Uniforms may be purchased from the instructor.
