This karate class is for students of all ages with a white belt who have at least 6 months of training. Participants will learn the fundamentals of karate, including Kihon (basic techniques like punches, kicks, and blocks), Kata (structured forms), and Kumite (controlled sparring), while building confidence, coordination, and discipline in a supportive, high-energy environment. A uniform is required and can be purchased from the instructor.
Uniforms may be purchased from the instructor.
