Sewing and repairing your own clothes and accessories is not as difficult as it may seem, and it can also be a powerful form of art and self-expression. In this creative sewing and art camp, students will explore the basics of hand-sewing while discovering how fabric, thread, and simple stitches can become tools for artistic design. Students learn how to safely use hand-sewing tools, practice foundational stitches, and completesimple garment repairs. Alongside these practical skills, they will also experiment with fabric embellishment, decorative stitching, and textile art concepts to bring their ideas to life. By the end of the class, students will havemultiple functional and artistic pieces they crafted with their own hands—building confidence, creativity, and useful life skills.All materials included in the class fee.
