About This Activity
The course description in the brochure was incorrect. We apologize for this error. This in-person 4 hours class prepares participants ages 11-16 to safely provide care for infants and children. Learn important skills like diapering, feeding and holding children in addition to safety and emergency response. Students will also learn pediatric first aid/CPR/AED. Upon completion of this course, participants will receive a certificate from the American Red Cross. Participants should bring a bag lunch to class. Jennifer Harris a graduate of the University of Southern Maine and holds a degree in Therapeutic Recreation. As an American Red Cross Licensed Training Provider, Jennifer prides herself on teaching courses that contribute to the community, in a fun and enjoyable way. In her free time, she enjoys painting, photography, exercising and spending time with family and friends.
