About This Activity
Grandparents – join your grandchild at Camp Mummichog and take a deep dive into all things avian. For example, did you know that the tiny hummingbird is very closely related to dinosaurs? During this session we'll take a field trip to Audubon's Hog Island, cruise down the Damariscotta on board the River Tripper to look for seabirds, dissect a real owl pellet, and meet a friendly duck. Grandparents are free! *This is a three day session (Wednesday - Friday).
