LeaderLab is a dynamic, one-week leadership camp designed to help young people build confidence, discover their strengths, and learn how they can make a meaningful impact in their communities and beyond. Over five days, campers will explore different leadership styles and models, learn from historical and contemporary examples of leadership, hear directly from community leaders and guest speakers, and work on a leadership project of their own. Through hands-on activities, discussions, and collaborative challenges, campers will reflect on their own leadership strengths and areas for growth while learning how leadership shows up in everyday life. A cornerstone of LeaderLab is teamwork. Campers will work in small groups to identify real-world issues in their community and design thoughtful, creative solutions to address them. At the end of the week, they will present their ideas, building public-speaking and creative problem-solving skills along the way. LeaderLab empowers youth to: Build confidence and self-awareness Discover their personal leadership style Practice collaboration, communication, and problem-solving Explore passions and interests Feel empowered to create positive change Whether your child is a natural leader or just beginning to find their voice, LeaderLab provides a supportive, engaging environment where every camper can grow, lead, and shine. Lunch and snacks included.
