About This Activity
Little Owls is one of our most popular summer camps– simply put, it is a hybrid of Sports Camp and Summit Seekers – campers will move through the day in small “owl cohorts” with an assigned color and team of Counselors and Counselors-in-Training (CITs). The morning will be focused on sports and games, after lunch will be focused on artistic craft activities, and the day will end with open pool time for everyone. Some of our favorite Little Owls activities are our cardboard boat design challenge, egg-drop challenge, camp carnival and Olympics games day. Lunch is at 12pm and is included in the cost of registration. There will be one “on-campus experience” on the first Friday of the session, and one off-campus field trip on the second Friday of the session. Please note, if you sign-up and do not wish to attend the field trips, your camper will have a shortened week, Monday-Thursday, on weeks where we have an off-campus field trip. More info on exact field trip details will be provided closer to camp. On off-campus field trip days, you will need to pack lunch for your child. Campers can add breakfast, group swim lessons during camp hours (one instructor with two students) or private one-on-one swim lessons after camp hours, extended care and bus transportation for an additional fee.
