About This Activity
Period C/D: Roblox Coding & Game Design Roblox is one of the hottest places in the universe to make games, with cutting edge graphics and new, amazing, game building tools. In our Roblox Studio Game Design Macro course designed for older campers, kids use Roblox’s built-in editor to create 3D games and then use the popular LUA coding language to code game actions, elements and mechanics. Campers build multi-level obstacle courses complete with disappearing blocks, laser beams, and even rainbow staircases. CodeREV Roblox campers also learn how to publish and share their games with each other and–upon parent approval–to the entire Roblox community worldwide. These camp programs are brought to you by Code Rev, which provides coding, STEAM, game design, engineering, and digital design experiences to campers across the country in summer and after school programming.
