August is the height of summer fruits here in the Valley. For this one week camp, we will cook or bake a different dish every day using a different in season fruit. We will make some savory dishes and some sweet, learning different topics including knife skills, kitchen and food safety and cleanliness, measurement, how to read a recipe, and kid-friendly cooking techniques. All recipes prepared will be vegetarian or have a vegetarian option. Gluten free and vegan are possible with advanced notice. One week long camp 9am-2pm ONLY - no extended care available
