Let’s take a world tour and enjoy flavorful favorites from each country we visit. Each day we will visit a different country, learn about the culture and food traditions and make a recipe or two to enjoy together. From Italian pastas to Argentinian empanadas to Vietnamese spring rolls, our recipes are sure to take you on a delicious culinary adventure. We will also make some art and crafts inspired by our travels. Topics covered will include knife skills, kitchen and food safety and cleanliness, measurement, how to read a recipe, and international cooking techniques. All recipes prepared will be vegetarian or have a vegetarian option. Gluten free and vegan are possible with advanced notice. * July 4th Independence Day (No Camp)
