Learn the science behind cooking! Each day we will focus on a different ingredient, how eggs thicken, why gluten is important to bread rising and more. We will also spend time in the garden exploring the science of where our food comes from. Topics covered will include knife skills, kitchen and food safety and cleanliness, measurement, how to read a recipe, and kid-friendly cooking techniques. All recipes prepared will be vegetarian or have a vegetarian option. Gluten free and vegan are possible with advanced notice
