About This Activity
Description
Participants will learn discipline, respect and self-defense in this newly re-formatted 1 1/4 hour, 12-week ancient martial art class. Tae Kwon Do promotes self-control, balance, coordination, concentration and self-esteem. This is a limited contact activity; participants should wear loose fitting clothing. Participants must be at least 7 years of age. Parent participation is required for any students aged 7 or 8.
