PRO AMBITIONS WEEKEND SKILLS Dedham, MA WEEKEND SKILLS ITINERARY 7:00 AM — Arrival 7:30–8:00 AM — Mind, Hands & Feet Warm-Up Dynamic on-ice warm-up focused on getting players mentally and physically ready for the session. 8:00–8:10 AM — Break Into Groups Players will be divided based on age, skill level, and position to maximize development and individual attention. 8:10–8:30 AM — Skill Development • Goal scoring • Changing shooting angles • Passing and puck movement 8:30 AM — Ice Cut Timing may vary depending on the rink. 8:35/8:40–9:15 AM — Battle & Compete Drills Competitive, game-like situations including: • 1-on-1 • 2-on-1 • 2-on-2 • 3-on-2 9:15–9:30 AM — Game Situations Players will finish the session with game-like situations designed to apply the skills and concepts worked on throughout the morning. 9:30 AM — Session Ends WEEKEND SKILLS FOCUS Each ice session is an opportunity for players to reflect on the previous week, continue developing their game, and build toward their next skate. Weekend Skills creates a competitive yet fun training environment where players are challenged to push one another, step outside of their comfort zones, and maximize their development. Players will have the opportunity to train in a small-group setting, allowing our coaches to provide greater individual attention and focus on the details that can make a difference in each player's game. Each session will focus on total hockey development, including skating, shooting, passing, compete level, body control, battle situations, and game-like decision-making. The goal is to develop more confident, competitive, and complete hockey players while giving them skills they can immediately apply in games.
