About This Activity
Join Eric Beachy for an intro to metalwork! In this 6-session course you'll learn the basics of blacksmithing and forge your own marvelous creations. From useful hooks to zany sculptures; whatever takes your fancy. Forge time and tools included, large materials for grander projects are at students' discretion. The shop may have scrap metal on hand, but you can also up-cycle your own. This class is for ages 16 and up, or by permission of the director. Choose Your Tuition: We offer four tuition options for this class. Choose the level that feels right for you — no proof of income is required. Registrations at every rate support our mission to keep lifelong learning available to all.
