About This Activity
Description
Start your day with a yoga practice designed to energize and strengthen your body. Strong and Stable Slow Flow Yoga combines flowing movement, strength-building postures, deep stretching and breath work. Participants will improve alignment, strength, and flexibility, creating more ease and functionality in the body. Appropriate for all levels, this class will provide the building blocks for a beginner practice while challenging more experienced participants. Props provided but please bring your own mat.
