This class is perfect for those who want the party-like atmosphere of Zumba, but with an extra emphasis on toning, sculting and defining muscles. Zumba Toning sticks help target specific muscle groups. The lightweight maraca-like toning sticks enhance the sense of rhythm while toning arms, core and lower body.
Please bring an exercise mat.
