Description
Teens only! Learn to snowboard through multiple group lessons at Winter Park Resort. Urban Riders is a progressive learn-to-ride program; participants will attend 3 program sessions (3 consecutive weeks) on Saturdays. Registration includes lift tickets, lessons, and all equipment for all three sessions. This program is reserved for Denver residents who are BEGINNER OR FIRST-TIME SNOWBOARDERS ONLY!Recreation Centers offering this program will be hosting a Registration Night on Tuesday, November 10th from 5:30-7:00pm.
Parents MUST register their teen IN-PERSON during this time to reserve their spot.; youth should be present at registration to ensure properly fitting snowboards/boots/outerwear.
CANCELLATIONS: If Outdoor Recreation cancels the trip due to inclement weather, lack of participants, or any other unforeseen circumstances, the participants will receive a full REFUND.
REFUNDS: 15 DAYS IN ADVANCE: If a participant cancels the registration 15 days in advance, a full REFUND will be given. LESS THAN 15 DAYS IN ADVANCE: If a participant cancels registration less than 15 days in advance, NO CREDIT OR REFUND will be given. APPEAL: If a participant experiences a serious illness or loss that prevents their attendance that requires special consideration, an appeal can be submitted to the Coordinator of Outdoor Recreation for review.
