Ever wondered what animals have passed through an area? Join Outdoor Recreation staff at Axton Ranch to learn how to identify wildlife by the signs they leave behind. Participants will explore common tracks and other signs of Colorado wildlife, play interactive games, and take a short hike to search for clues in the field. Heaters and hot cocoa will help keep everyone warm during the program. Equipment, instruction, and transportation are provided. Each participant must register individually; youth under 15 must be accompanied by a registered adult.CANCELLATIONS: If Outdoor Recreation cancels the trip due to inclement weather, lack of participants, or any other unforeseen circumstances, the participants will receive a full REFUND.
REFUNDS: 15 DAYS IN ADVANCE: If a participant cancels the registration 15 days in advance, a full REFUND will be given. LESS THAN 15 DAYS IN ADVANCE: If a participant cancels registration less than 15 days in advance, NO CREDIT OR REFUND will be given. APPEAL: If a participant experiences a serious illness or loss that prevents their attendance that requires special consideration, an appeal can be submitted to the Coordinator of Outdoor Recreation for review.
