Join us at Dedisse Mountain Park for a beginner-friendly orienteering experience. Learn essential navigation skills using a map and compass, and then apply them on a plotted course through the park. This hands-on session is perfect for those looking to build confidence in navigating any outdoor adventure! Equipment, instruction, and transportation provided. Each participant must register individually; youth under 15 must be accompanied by a registered adult.CANCELLATIONS: If Outdoor Recreation cancels the trip due to inclement weather, lack of participants, or any other unforeseen circumstances, the participants will receive a full REFUND.
REFUNDS: 15 DAYS IN ADVANCE: If a participant cancels the registration 15 days in advance, a full REFUND will be given. LESS THAN 15 DAYS IN ADVANCE: If a participant cancels registration less than 15 days in advance, NO CREDIT OR REFUND will be given. APPEAL: If a participant experiences a serious illness or loss that prevents their attendance that requires special consideration, an appeal can be submitted to the Coordinator of Outdoor Recreation for review.
