Yoga poses are mixed and matched into lessons with games, stories, music and more to teach to the active preschooler. It introduces languages, geography, ecology, basic math concepts, and co-operative living ideas. Preschool Yoga classes include breathing, mindfulness and relaxation techniques. Participants will also explore poses and techniques to increase strength, flexibility, focus, concentration, and balance. These classes are full of barking dogs, hissing snakes, roaring lions, fluttering butterflies, and balancing trees!Age Category
