About This Activity
Description
This program is performed using a combination of deep breathing and slow, broad movements of the arms, legs, and torso in flowing continual patterns. It employs breathing and flowing movements to increase metabolism, blood circulation, and energy along important acupuncture meridians and massage the internal organs. Ai Chi also focuses on core stability and balance and is beneficial to people of all ages.**No class on July 4 in observance of Independence Day.**
