Stage 3 - Water Stamina
Students learn to develop stroke technique in front and back crawl 15 yards, submerge in chest-deep water to retrieve object, roll with swim, float, swim 25 yards, and tread water for 1 min.
Water safety is reinforced through treading water and elementary backstroke.
Stage 4 - Stroke Introduction
Student will develop stroke technique in front crawl and back crawl up to 15 yd. dive sitting, breaststroke kick and butterfly kick.Student will learn the scissor & whip kick in this stage.
Please bring swim suit and towel for your child, goggles are recommended. (no full face/snorkeling mask)
