About This Activity
Description
No experience is necessary for this introduction to gymnastics. Students are introduced to equipment, proper form and safety, and basic skills including safety landings, front rolls, and more! Participants will also work on improving their gross motor skills through running, jumping, and balance.This Program will not meet the week of March 23 - March 29 due to Spring Break!
