This program will teach kids different sports each week focused on fundamentals and designed for children 1 - 5 years old. Sibling Sports programs are adult participation classes. Children engage in a variety of sports related movements during free play and structured exercises to improve their fine and gross motor skills. Throwing, catching, kicking, running, and balance are practiced in each class, with maximum success coming from work done through coaching and encouragement of their attending adult. Sports include soccer, basketball, baseball, football, hockey & volleyball.
