About This Activity
In this Homesteading Class you will learn how to perform a chair caning technique to successful build a seat into a wooden stool. The chair caning art is detailed orientated and does take time. It is an exciting way to travel back in time and see how chairs and stools would have been made in years past. You will need to register in advance so that kits can be ordered and stools assembled. We will contact you to pick up the frame of the stool so you can paint or stain it prior to the class being taught. You will. need to do this before installing the seat.
