📅 Sunday, April 12th (7th & 8th Grade)📍 Apollo Park 12544 Rives Ave. Downey, CA 90242 🕛 12:00 PM – 5:30 PM(Check-In Begins at 11:00 AM)This spring break, we start the offseason the right way.
Heavy Steps represents intentional work. Every drill, every rep, every decision has purpose behind it. The foundation we build now carries into the summer — and by fall, we expect growth, confidence, and real 3levation.
This is a structured, high-level training day designed for serious players ready to improve.
Each day is separated by grade to ensure athletes train and compete within their age group.
Athletes will experience:
✔️ Performance conditioning to build an offseason base✔️ Two focused skill development sessions (ball handling, finishing, shooting, game reads)✔️ Structured competitive play with tracked team wins✔️ Championship game✔️ Awards
