About This Activity
Come craft, play and learn about mindfulness! Throughout the sessions students will learn about mindfulness and how they can use mindfulness to be more present at school, home and with friends! They will do activities together and as a group. Do yoga with a yoga instructor and have a great relaxing afternoon.
