About This Activity
We will be using hand-building techniques to create salt serving bowls with clay! Pinch and coil techniques can go a long way in refining and crafting beautiful objects. This workshop will focus on creating a functional and carefully crafted clay pot and matching spoon for you to use in your kitchen or at your dining table! You will create and decorate your pot, leave it to be fired in our kilns, and then it will be ready for pickup within 2-3 weeks. No previous with clay is required, but this class is open to people of all skill levels. These pieces can be as simple or elaborate as you would like. The basic skills will be taught, but everyone will enjoy a creative morning in the studio, no matter where your skills are! All the materials will be provided!
