About This Activity
Wednesday - Dec 2, 9, 16 | January 6, 13, 20, 27 | Feb 3 8 sessions x 75 minutes In this 8-week painting class, students will explore the styles of famous painters from around the world. Each week, students will learn about a legendary artist–like Van Gogh, Monet, O’Keeffe, Kandinsky, and more–and recreate iconic works using kid-friendly painting techniques. While building foundational skills in brushwork, color mixing, and composition, students will also express their own creativity through vibrant, nature-inspired and abstract paintings. By the end of the session, every child will create a beautiful collection of masterpieces–and a deeper appreciation for the art world
