10 sessions x 1 Hour Thursday - Aug 28 | Sept 4, 11, 18, 25 | Oct 2, 9, 23 | Nov 6, 13 In this creative writing course, young writers journey through California’s amazing landscapes—from redwoods to tide pools—while building core writing skills. Through hands-on activities, storytelling, and interactive discussions, students explore descriptive writing, storytelling, poetry, persuasive, and informational writing. Each session includes fun, nature-themed projects that spark creativity, boost confidence, and improve writing fluency. By the end of the course, students will have a personal collection of written work and a deeper appreciation for nature.
