Track & Field Foundations is designed to teach students the essential skills needed for success in track and field events. Students will practice running mechanics, jumping techniques, and fundamental skills while learning the importance of conditioning and recovery. The class promotes leadership, cooperation, and respect through structured activities and challenges. By participating regularly, students will strengthen both their physical fitness and self-confidence. Materials needed: Your own refillable water bottle and comfortable running shoes.
