10 sessions x 60 minutes Wednesday - Aug 27 | Sept 3, 10, 17, 24 | Oct 1, 8, 15, 22 | Nov 5 In this creative writing course, young writers journey through California’s amazing landscapes—from redwoods to tide pools—while building core writing skills. Through hands-on activities, storytelling, and interactive discussions, students explore descriptive writing, storytelling, poetry, persuasive, and informational writing. Each session includes fun, nature-themed projects that spark creativity, boost confidence, and improve writing fluency. By the end of the course, students will have a personal collection of written work and a deeper appreciation for nature.
