In this exciting summer program, we're thrilled to offer an immersive experience that mirrors the quality and depth of learning you'd find in our regular semester Mandarin Immersion classes. Our goal remains steadfast: to provide a rich and engaging environment where students can learn, practice, and excel in Mandarin Chinese. In Chinese mythology, it is said that there were originally ten suns in the sky! Do you know the reason behind this and how we now only have one sun left? There was a legendary creature named Kunpeng, a giant bird and fish that possessed incredible power and wisdom… People believe that the enlightenment of one's perception of the outside world often begins with mythological tales during early childhood. Those stories lay the foundation for our initial worldview and values. Moreover, these stories spark imagination, foster creativity, and instill important lessons about morality and empathy. Through these myths, children learn about cultural traditions and values, helping them develop a deeper understanding of the world around them.
