Daily classes - Monday to Friday Instructor: Mr Dominic Revelez, Fallon Middle School Teacher This engaging and interactive course introduces middle school students to the fundamentals of athletic training and biomechanics, helping them understand how the human body moves and how to prevent injuries in sports. Through hands-on activities, demonstrations, and real-world applications, students will explore topics such as the musculoskeletal system, posture and alignment, flexibility, injury prevention, recovery techniques, and sports nutrition. By the end of the course, students will apply their knowledge to create their own athletic training and injury prevention plans, gaining valuable insights into how to improve performance and stay active safely.
