9 sessions x 67 minutes Thursday - March 13, 20, 27 | April 3, 17, 24 | May 1, 8, 15 Mindfulness in movement will develop a student's whole self by creating positivity within, building self-awareness, gaining confidence and academic achievement through yoga practices and mindful awareness techniques. In this course of Mindfulness in Movement, students will build social emotional skills through mindful, breathing and relaxation activities. We will also incorporate team building activities, which will cultivate and increase confidence in their ability to handle personal problems and deal with emotional challenges calmly. Together we will foster gratitude, resilience, cooperative, self-awareness, kindness and making good choices that your child could apply throughout their lives.
