About This Activity
Thanks to the generosity of our donors, NubAbility will be providing a limited number of travel scholarships to limb-different children who would otherwise be unable to attend one of our camps due to travel and lodging costs. Travel scholarships will be granted based on financial need and fund availability. The travel scholarship covers travel and lodging expenses for a limb-different child and one parent to attend one of our camps. Travel and lodging are booked by NubAbility. Camper families are responsible for incidental expenses and food. Eligible children include those with congenital limb difference, traumatic or medical amputation, frozen limb or highly mobile cerebral palsy. Children must be between the ages of 4-17 at the time of camp attendance. The travel scholarship may be used in conjunction with our camp registration fees scholarship. If you also wish to receive a registration fees scholarship, please fill out the separate application form, which can be found under the "Camps" section on our website, nubability.org. Camp registration fee scholarships are always granted upon request. Unlike NubAbility's camp registration fees scholarship program, the funds for the travel scholarship program are limited, and not everyone who applies will receive a travel scholarship.
