Comfort and community can be built anywhere! In this camp, we will learn about shelters, fires, and primitive structures of all kinds. Learn what makes good mud, where to find the best rocks, and how to make a roof waterproof! Join us as we explore the forests and streams while responsibly using the resources the land has given us! This program allows for drop-off between 8 - 9 AM. Pick-up is between 2:45 and 3 PM. Add aftercare to pick up between 3 - 5:30 pm for an additional $75. CITs (Counselors in Training) are required to attend Outdoor Leadership Camp. CIT Level II, please email camp@piedmontwildlifecenter.org with the camp(s) you are interested in them attending. Our staff will be happy to confirm their level and fill out their registration without the need to pay tuition. CIT's are expected to be at camp from 8:30 am - 3:30 pm. Drop off as early as 8 am.
