This camp is all about knowing what creatures and critters live in our neighborhoods. What are they doing? How can we help them live peacefully in the wild? Our week will be filled with up-close encounters, hands-on discovery, games, stories, little-known facts, and perplexing mysteries. The wonder of life science will be our central theme and we will be modern naturalists exploring everything we see. This program allows for drop-off between 8 - 9 AM. Pick-up is between 2:45 and 3 PM. Add aftercare to pick up between 3 - 5:30 pm for an additional $80. CITs (Counselors in Training) are required to attend Outdoor Leadership Camp. CIT Level II, please email camp@piedmontwildlifecenter.org with the camp(s) you are interested in them attending. Our staff will be happy to confirm their level and fill out their registration without the need to pay tuition. CIT's are expected to be at camp from 8:30 am - 3:30 pm. Drop off as early as 8 am.
