About This Activity
This class will help children gain confidence through learning the basic tumbling skills. Gymnasts will also work on improving strength, endurance, flexibility, coordination, and body awareness through fun games, movement challenges, and repetitions. This is a drop-off class for children ages 5-10 years old. Please send water and dress students in clothes that are comfortable for exercise.
