Description
Our Intro to Gymnastics drop-in class is the perfect way for elementary aged children to discover the fun and excitement of gymnastics! This class introduces young athletes to the fundamentals of gymnastics, focusing on building strength, flexibility, coordination, and balance in a supportive and engaging environment.
Students will learn basic skills on a variety of tumbling gymnastics equipment, including the floor and balance beam. Some skills will include cartwheels, handstands, kicks, leaps, back bends, and turns. Our experienced coaches, Jessie and Ivona, will guide each child through age-appropriate drills and exercises that help develop body awareness, motor skills, and confidence.
Whether your child is brand new to gymnastics or has some experience, this class provides a positive, non-competitive atmosphere where they can grow at their own pace. It’s a great way to improve physical fitness, build self-confidence, and have fun while learning the basics of gymnastics!
