Description
Take your tumbling skills to new heights in our drop-in Intermediate Tumbling & Acro Class, designed for kinds, teens and adults who already have a basic understanding of tumbling and want to refine their technique. This class focuses on building strength, improving flexibility, and mastering more advanced tumbling skills with proper form and technique.
Students will work on a variety of skills, including back walkovers, round-offs, and more, while refining their existing skills like handstands, cartwheels, backbends and leaps. Instructors, Jessie and Ivona, will provide personalized feedback to help you progress at your own pace, focusing on improving your speed, power, and precision.
Whether you’re an aspiring gymnast, dancer, or just passionate about tumbling, this class will help you build confidence, perfect your skills, and safely tackle more complex moves. Come join us and push your tumbling abilities to the next level!
