About This Activity
Tuesdays: 7:30-8:30PM Sundays: 11:00AM-12:00 PM Star Through Hoops Fall Training is a 12-session program (1-hour per session, twice a week for 6 weeks) designed to prepare athletes for the upcoming school basketball season. Open to all skill levels, this program blends skill development with competitive gameplay, focusing on fundamentals, conditioning, and game-time execution. Players will sharpen their abilities, build confidence, and develop the discipline needed to succeed on and off the court.
