About This Activity
If you are registering a limb-different child ages 9 - 17, please use this option. Please note: In order to ensure a safe environment with firearms, one adult must register and remain onsite with each child. All participants must be a minimum of nine years of age. This camp is open to limb-different children only. PAYMENT OPTIONS If you are requesting a scholarship, please do not complete this form until you have submitted a scholarship application (available at nubability.org) and received a scholarship code. An installment payment plan is available: 25% deposit upon registration and two additional payments. SCHEDULE We will depart the hotel each day at 7:30 am. We anticipate our days ending at 5:00 pm. LOCATION Fairfield by Marriott 1800 North West Avenue El Dorado, AR 71730 COVID-19 POLICY All persons present at camp must pass a self-administered COVID wellness check.
