About This Activity
Description
Build strength, stability, mobility, and balance through mindful work and attention to the breath. Learn basic postures using safe alignment and modifications. Each class incorporates breathing exercises, postures, and relaxation. Perfect for any fitness level. No yoga experience is necessary. Please bring a yoga mat, yoga blocks, and a blanket. Michelle Pelna is a certified and registered yoga teacher. Ages 14+
