About This Activity
Description
This camp is a dynamic, self-defense program that blends techniques fromboxing, wrestling, and martial arts to teach real-world strategies. Eachday combines physical conditioning, skill drills, and scenario training toaccommodate all fitness levels while fostering self-esteem, confidence,discipline, and leadership. Through playful games and engaging activities,improve coordination, learn to navigate conflicts, and develop assertiveness.This camp addresses bullying and potential threats; and empowers youto respond effectively in a safe, supportive environment. If your child will need to bring medication with them to camp, please fill out the Medication Administration Authorization Form (Camps) is attached above for you to download and fill out. It requires a doctor's signature, so please allow enough time for it to be complete before the start of camp.
