About This Activity
Description
Learn movement and football specific skills to enhance your abilities as aflag football or football player. Practice proper drills and techniques to gainconfidence and help improve your skills. Strength, speed, agility trainingare all emphasized. These clinics are coached by Kendrick Lowery (a formerDivision 1 football player and certified personal trainer who specializes infootball skills and performance training) and his staff.
