Step & Sweat is a high energy, cardio step class designed to burn calories, and build strength, while having fun. This class combines step, dynamic cardio intervals, and functional strength movements to challenge your body and elevate your endurance.
You’ll move through choreographed step patterns that target the lower body (glutes, quads, hamstrings, calves) while keeping your heart rate up, followed by strength and conditioning segments. The music is motivating, the energy is high, and the sweat is guaranteed. No class 5/10, 5/24.
🔥 Easy to follow step routines🔥 High energy playlist🔥 A full body workout that feels like a party🔥 No experience needed just bring the energy!
