Description
Spend the afternoon off school getting ready for spring archery! Learn technique and form using recurve and compound bows from our USA Archery-certified instructors. Equipment, safety and elements of shooting are covered. No experience necessary – take this introductory course to be eligible for the HCRP Target Archery Skills Club and/or use HCRP equipment during Open Range time.Have a group or considering enrolling two or three new archers? A Friends & Family Adventure will save you money and is more flexible with different age groups! These small group & family lessons can meet the introductory requirement for future HCRP target archery programs. One 90-min target archery Friends & Family Adventure is $135 for up to three participants (add another archer or two for $25 each). Detailed info will be sent to the email of the participant about a week prior to the program – check your registration to be sure you get it! No experience necessary and all equipment provided for use during the program. This class meets the Intro requirement for future HCRP Target Archery programs – you do NOT have to wait to sign up for the Archery Club or Open Range but you must COMPLETE the Intro class BEFORE the start date of your Archery Club section or before using HCRP Equipment during Open Range time. Prompt drop off and pickup of child(ren) at recreational programs is mandatory. A parent/guardian must sign the child in/out and photo ID required at pickup.
