About This Activity
Description
Come to this new yoga and mind/body exercise class that is specifically designed for young children. Engage in deep breathing exercises, emotion regulation strategies, and more. You do not need to be a Community Center member to attend HCRP fitness classes at a center.
Wear comfortable clothes and sneakers. Please bring water.
